Melissa Mariola-Davis was our realtor, not Scott. Melissa was outstanding to work with. She helped us negotiate some fairly unique situations with rural property, and gave us great advice about getting our place ready to sell. Apparently it was good advice because once our place went on the market we had a great offer in just a few days! Melissa is very honest, very quick to respond to calls and texts, and extremely knowledgeable. She is an absolute pro. Melissa was also able to give us good recommendations for local contractors so we could budget for needed upgrades to the new farmhouse.

We moved to Wooster without knowing anyone in town. We were buying a house months before moving and live out of state, so we relied heavily on our agent to help us in the process. Melissa from Cutler was FANTASTIC! After our first visit to look at houses she had a clear sense of what we were looking for and was tremendously helpful in vetting homes for us. Since we weren't already living in the area we relied on her to let us know whether a home would be a good fit or not. She also did several virtual FaceTime walk throughs with us so we could tour homes virtually. Melissa even went above and beyond, providing recommendations for local contractors, doctors, etc. And even after closing (when we weren't yet living in the home) she went over to the house to pick up packages that were delivered and placed them in the garage. Needless to say, this is 5-star service at its best! I couldn't ask for a better realtor to help with this out of state home purchase. Thank you Melissa and Cutler! We are so grateful!
