There were some tangles to the sale of our Holmes County property. We were splitting the property into two parts. CAUV was involved. A new survey of the divided parcels was needed. MANY contacts with officials needed to be made. Scott accomplished all of this for us and never made us feel that it was a burden. He took what could have been a complicated process and made it appear uncomplicated (although we're sure all the effort was on his side, not ours).
