Melissa and Scott prepared a very through analysis of the market and advised as to the best price for our home. Due to their diligence and guidance, we were able to sell our home in 3 days. In addition, Melissa was very patient as she help navigate us through the steps in prep work, followup tasks and closing on the sale of our home. As first time sellers, we would not have been able to sell our home as quickly and at the final price without her guidance.
