Tasked with not only selling one home, but two as we combined families into a new construction home, with a very specific timeframe! Melissa knew exactly when we should list and how quickly it would sell. Our house sold before actually being listed because this team was in the know and had prospective buyers before we needed to! It worked out so well being close to the holidays to have a buyer so quick! My dad's home sold in under 15 days. It doesn't get any better than that. Melissa and Scott are understanding, gracious, and they listened to our needs. Responsive and timely in all our interactions. Would highly recommend!
