I had just gone through the most devastating tragedy you can imagine right before listing my home and I would not have made it through this process without her. She went way above and beyond to help me. Every step of the way she was there with me. A lot of the time I wasn't even there and she did things ....many, many things I should have been doing and I just couldn't. Rate My Agent ReviewTasked with not only selling one home, but two as we combined families into a new construction home, with a very specific timeframe! Melissa knew exactly when we should list and how quickly it would sell. Our house sold before actually being listed because this team was in the know and had prospective buyers before we needed to! It worked out so well being close to the holidays to have a buyer so quick! My dad's home sold in under 15 days. It doesn't get any better than that. Melissa and Scott are understanding, gracious, and they listened to our needs. Responsive and timely in all our interactions. Would highly recommend!
