I was blown away by how smooth, simple, and positive this experience with Cutler was. Melissa Mariola-Davis and I met last year to view a rental property that I decided not to pursue, but I ended up working with her to purchase my first home several months later. She was fantastic--Communicative, thoughtful, kind, and so helpful at every stage of the process. I knew home-buying would be an ordeal, but I didn't expect it to go as quickly, easily, and without too much stress.
