I highly recommend Scott to anyone wanting to sell and/or buy a home. He became my realtor after meeting him at an open house. He was very professional and knowledgeable with the current realty. . I had been looking off and on for a few years to find a home plus I would have to sell my condo. Scott was very efficient and diligent to find homes that met our criteria in style and price. Scott would always keep me updated with any information regarding the sale/purchase. He explained the process very well to answer all questions or concerns. Scott negotiated very well several issues I had when making offers to purchase a home. He sold my condo within a few days of the open house. I was able to buy the home we love with Scott's expertise. Through this journey, Scott was very personable and ready to assist in any way to help us reach the goal of finally finding our perfect new home.

I contacted Scott to help me achieve my dream of owning a rental property. Scott sends e-mails with property information as new potential properties come on the market to ensure I do not miss an opportunity. Each time I find a property Scott jumps into action to ensure I can get a viewing quickly. I also typically ask about a million questions about the structure, rental history, expenses, etc. Scott quickly tracks down the information so I feel confident in being able to make an informed decision and potentially an offer. I contacted him one Monday asking about a new property, he was able to get a viewing set-up by Tuesday morning just before I was heading out of state for the next few days. Scott worked with me via phone and e-mail to help walk me through my first rental offer, even while I was hours away in Pennsylvania. He was so helpful and flexible around my schedule and I truly appreciated his ability to get an offer submitted the same day. Scott has showed me many properties and helped me make multiple offers. Each time he is professional and courteous and I feel 100% comfortable and confident in his knowledge of the business.
